1vs1

This idea has probably been brought up but I don't feel like searching for it. How about a 1vs1. I would like to see a 1vs1 set up in competition arena's. Like warriors would face other warriors, etc. Then there would be another spot where different classes could face other classes. Although this wouldn't work too well with the monks, I think it would be nice for that warrior who wants to get his or her agression out, lol.

Another things would be a 1vs1 in guild halls. Its purpose would be soley for training. It would be now easier for an officer to help noobies with builds, etc. Also it would give guilds the chance to try out new builds without having to be humiliated in comp arena, team arena, and HoH. Now that I think of it, there should be a competition arena inside a guild hall where 8 people from the guild can battle it out to practice and test out new builds.

i would love one vs one for that mouthy guy you fight in pvp. like when i fought with the 4vs4 arena during the pvp event i made an assassian testing it out and this warrior kept saying ill own you noobs and so needless to say i got out my warrior and kept random fighting until i ran into him and owned him BWHAHAHAAHA

i think you should be able to hit a button like home and a box pops up then from there you type in a name and send a formal challenge to the other play who can accept set skills then enter the arena.

it would be great cause you could set it up where the guild was controled by the strongest and fight over guild rule o.0 just an idea

They will never implement a 1v1 arena because too many builds could find ways to win over and over again.
55 monk would only be killed by mesmers and necros.
Shutdown mesmers could kill anything but W/Mo's or R/Mo's
Air eles could kill anything but mesmers.

I see your point there but I would still like to see a multiplayer or 1vs1 option in Guildhalls so guildmates can practice together, try out new builds, etc.

Another thing that I mentioned, maybe you missed it but 1vs1 for each class. Warriors would fight warriors, etc.

I like the idea and would like to see it as a new addition to the game. But i have a feeling you would find people creating very defensive builds that can take up massive damage, and not enough offensive builds. It would be fun but i would not like to play for 10 minutes try beat a stance tank.

Well even if it isn't different classes.
Warriors would fight Griffon Farming builds or builds tailored JUST to fight warriors.
Mesmers would do their thing.
Monks would use 55 plus things that keep them healthy against other monks.
The guild thing would be alright though, because then you can usually trust the other to a fair fight. But for random/public, there's no way.

If you don't want to spend 1min using the search button, why would I spend more than 1min and write a decent reply?
