As a ranger, I got this bow that has these conditions, but I yet to find out what it means.
"Enchantments last 20% Longer" - I have try to test using Apply Posion, and Mel's Arrow, no, they last just as long as what it said on the description.
I have tried using distortions, its just the same amout of time lasted.
So, what sort of Enchantments does this bow mean?
"While Enchanted" - From what I have said above, I am just as confused as this term/condition.
What is, "Enchantments last 20% Longer", and "While Enchanted"?

the easiest way to explain this is the skill healing breeze
when ur bow says enchanted when u use healing breeze u r now enchanted
healing breeze lasts about 10 secs so with the 20 %longer enchants it now last s like 12 secs. if u want the extra dmg that a bow gives u ud really want to make sure that it s req is something u could b under like stance or ^50 really sucks they don t have a bow that has 15% when under a prep lol

They recently added an easier way to tell what qualifies as an enchantment. Enchantment skills have a little yellow up arrow in the top right corner of their icons. If you're currently enchanted you should be able to see at least one such icon in the list of skills currently affecting you accross the top of your screen.
So far as I know Rangers and Warriors have exactly zero enchantment skills between them, mesmers have very few, necros and elementalists have a bit of selection, and monks have many enchantments.
If you are a R/W without access to many skills from the other classes I would just sell this bow and look for something with the "while in stance" of "when above 50% health" conditionals.
