Record Lvl With No Deaths?

Anyways, whats the record lvl anyone has got to without dying once? I'm lvl 9 atm with no deaths - trying for lvl 10.

So, whats the record? Anyone know?

I'm sure by the later levels keeping your character 'hardcore' will involve running away...A LOT

Lvl 20 has probably been reached several times without dying, it's not that hard.

Its not hard to reach twenty with no deaths, most of my chars have reached that point. The real trick is to get 10 million exp and never die... but somehow I don't think anyone would bother to do that. You'd spend more time just watching from several yards away than you will fighting... :P

Wouldn't that just mean map out when you're about to die?

*ponders* .... so is that what all those idiots are doing when they map out of a party in the middle of a mish? o_O

There's a saying in the Alpine Skiing world - "If you don't fall down occasionally, you're not trying hard enough." That being said, you can hit level 20, complete all the missions, etc. and never die - but it really doesn't matter.

Yep. I actually PMed one guy who mapped out in the middle of a mission once, and asked him why the hell he quit in the middle of a battle.

His reply? He didnt want to break his non dying streak.

If you people are griefing people just to preserve some stupid streak, just quit the game please.

Those guys would need a visual 'Times mapped out from a mission'-counter

Really sad. I wouldn't trust a guy like that, pansy mapping out at the first sight of trouble. Dying and the comebacks after all-team wipeout make the game fun

Dying isn't necessarily a bad thing. For certain builds like MF and 55 builds dying is a good thing.

That's easy. Now getting to Hell's Pricipice without dying... That's another story.

There probably have been several players who hit 20 without dying. I, however, have only managed to reach lvl 3 o.o



Stupid battle before Post- Searing..never goes well for me.

My personal record is 15 with my ranger, sometimes the monk henchies tanking is not a bad thing.

Would not doubt that someone has got to 20 though.

Got to D'Alessio Seaboard with my ranger without dying once (she was also lvl 15)... and then it started. The 1st time she saw Oink (the mighty battlehog), she died. She was resurrected in the middle of a fight against those undead, and she died again as soon as she got standing up.
And then again she met the Grim Reaper when going across the wooden bridge, and again vs. the most annoying of all the undeads, the ghouls (oh my... total mental lock, can't remember if they were ghouls or something else Those grey things that come out of the ground and use Nibble).

During that mission I guess she died like 6-7 times more.

Thanks to my friends (and guildees) I had that mission done (with bonus).

And ever since it has been continous struggle against death...

dying is fun

maybe lvl3 for me lol

I die right at level 1 always, just because I like to.

my highest is lvl 8.
