Yeah the flute is outside Sardelac, thats where I have found it many times.

I do not believe Gwen made it very far though. I mean look what we had to get through to make it from ascalon to kryta? I do not believe she could have gotten that far on her own. Imagine all the chaos that happened, changing the map from pre searing to post. Its hard to believe anything could have survived that let alone travel through it. Something or someone took her if it is to be believed she is alive and made it through to Kryta.

Poor Althea was burned... maybe Gwen was responsible for that? lol who knows. Gwen did love that woman and always called her beautiful. Maybe that was Rurik's alterior motive to flee ascalon... KILL THE DAMNED GWEN!!!!

ok so that last bit is a lot of BS but still... If Gwen left ascalon... someone had to have taken her.

I've found all of these items so far. Unless anet has changed their locations since I last looked for them:

1) Flowers - Presear - Spawn randomly as you adventure. Give them to Gwen
2) Cape - Presear - Buy from merchant - Give to Gwen
3) Broken Flute 1 - Presear - Get quest from Gwen just outside of Ascalon, kill a bunch of low level skales and pick it up off the ground - Give it back to Gwen
4) Flute - Presear - Buy from merchant - Give to gwen to replace broken flute, if she's adventuring with you, she'll play it and heal you a bit.
5) Tapestry Shred - Presear - Give gwen enough flowers and/or the cape and/or the flute and she'll eventually give you the tapestry.... I myself have 4 in storage

6) Broken Flute 2 - Postsear - Can be found randomly spawned somewhere outside of Sardalic Sanctum where the small village used to be.
7) Tattered Cape - Postsear - Found randomly spawned on the beach outside of Fishermans
8) Gwen's Leg - Postsear - Drops randomly when you defeat the first wave of monsters during a mission in El Polo Diablo's realm.

That's all I remember off the top of my head. I miss anything else?

What happened to gwen was nothing. You can make anything up and it's just as true as every other theory when no story for her exists.

yeah, i agree, i think the programmers and game developers tried to intigrate gwen into the story, but ran outta time and just said screw it and left wat ever they had including gwen in it as was with nothing added, i would be suprised if gwen popped up in factions though, but then again...it is gwen so who really cares?

I think you're right, they ran out of time. They'll probably do something with her because people are always talking about it. The only reason anyone cares what happened to her is because people keep bringing it up like it's interesting, which doesn't make a lot of sense to me

i hope that the catacombs opens up again and akin to SF, there are lv 20+ charr and we must stage a rescue gwen o.o and then she goes to cantha w/ us but the charr follow us to reclaim gwen for a later disclosed reason

during the faction pvp event, when i try to make a new female assasin character. i saw there is some face and hairstyle that look like gwen.

mayb she is an assasin in chapter 2?

No, you've missed it all. When you saw Gwen turn around right as the searing was happening, it wasnt just the sky she was looking at, it was... Glint! Yes, Glint swooped in and rescued Gwen, using her magic to protect them just as the catraclysm was happening. So Gwen was rescued by Glint, the question is, for what purpose? Discuss.

I dont think they will reveal Gwen anytime soon. I think Anet likes everyone talking about Gwen. If we find her, its all over. No more obsessing about her. Less interest in the game.
