lvl 15 Ranger Armor

I was wondering where I find the lvl 15 armor for a Ranger? I thought I could upgrade in Lion's Arch, but the stats seem to be the same as the one I bought in Ascolan. It is lvl 15 that you get the zext strongest armor right? Well thank you all for you feedback.

A guy just outside the Wilds has 61 armor.

Actually where do you get better armor other than crafting from town NPCs?

I recently only switched my Dragonscale Chest Armor for a Druid Chest Armor. Gave up the +10% Fire Resist for the extra +8 Energy! That was sweet.

But what else is there?

Cause it's still 40 Armor no matter what. What's worst, every Collector I encounter in the wild give out crappy 35 Armor items! I mean WTF? Aren't Collector's suposed to reward you for collecting all these damn items we find off mobs?

I think you mean drakescale not dragon.. but to answer your question there are higher level collectors as you advance (most hidden and well guarded by mobs), Lasher was talking about a crafter outside of "The Wilds" it is a town.

Well, they went and made me a liar. I tried to bring a buddy to that crafter and he has been removed.

Ok...so where is th lvl 15 armor crafter now? Isn't the same guy who makes ranger's armor makes everyone's armor? The listing on GWG gives Henge of Denravi. How far away from that is Lion's Arch?
