does the skills and runes stay unlocked

i was wondering when u unlock the new skills and runes for the assasin and ritualist, do they stay unlocked? i mean would u still have them unlocked even when the pvp event ends?

If you are using your own account instead of a free one, then yes. You wont be able to use them until chapter 2 obviously.

They will be disabled when the event ends. You will need to buy Chapter 2 to have them unlocked.
