Thursday Jan. 19th Update

So, from what I'm reading, there are areas for PvE that have been removed? Did I read that correctly?
I've also determined henchies are "smarter" now. Does this mean they are useful in missions and normal quests? Has anyone noticed an improvement?
I'm not into PvP and could careless about it, so I'm just wondering if anything new was added for PvE that I can go look at it.

The new training areas will ESPECIALLY benefit the new ones to this game. I'm in love with this update. I love you Anet!!

At Tombs, you can enter a purple gate, the UW, what is it? You have to kill monsters, then what?

I can't wait to get home to see this. From the posts I get a general feel for what the update is, and I see a very good sign.

Then go since they aren't forcing you to stay either, anyway I'm sure that Anet aren't going to get rid of Uw and FoW forever since then there would be no reason for favor and yet they still have tombs....sort of.

im saying the only thing keeping me is UW/FoW, and that if they got rid of either(which is what i was hearing from my European friends who couldnt enter either) than there would be a huge uproar. but since investigating more, its just a bug so everything is a-okay. i like the new login/char screen btw :x

Part of Arena's training,good for people new to game.


New character creation,put mouse over facial,hair,skin,etc.


When your PvP char completes the newbie island(talk to 3 people,then have about 4 fights in Arena),get sent to other place and face extremely hard groups.

Our group getting destroyed by a computer IWAY group.


Look top left.Now you can see if the enchantment/hex on you is positive or negative(for beginners).

fow & uw is temporary out of service.. few minutes ago a admin was present @ the temple. hope it wont take too long xD

Elona's Reach is now impossible to complete as well. The last 2 shards dont exist anymore I tried clearing out an entire base of enemies, nothing. I thought maybe the hero that used to be by the shard would drop it when you kill him, but nope...
