The Collectors Cest is 20% the collector offhand is 20/20% So hmmm, 40% to a specfic magic (they exisist in all 3 DM magics, no counting SR) or 10% unerversal?
Sorry Ill take the 40% chance to a specfic magic, then 10% to universal.
