I'd like to return this dress/suit please, or maybe have it altered.

Yeah, I'm not happy with my 15k armour and it'd be nice to return it. I'd be fine with returning for full price or half, or maybe even store credit.

About the altering part, yeah can't it be recustomized/altered for someone else to wear? So I can sell it to someone else?

Nope. I wish they would add a "try on" function.

Something like that would be nice, I agree. I confess that I've chosen between two sets of armor based on their appearance before (when I don't have a clear preference based on their stats, at least), and it's really hard to imagine what they'll look like on your character from just those tiny icons. Of course you can always look up screenshots on GuildWiki.org or something, but it would be nice to be able to preview the armors in-game instead of having to switch to a browser.

Actually, what would be really nice is if the artists responsible for designing the armor weren't a bunch of raging misandrists.

Something like the cape edit mode...

where you can zoom in and out and rotate your character would be VERY awesome.

The point of customized armor is that you CAN'T sell it to someone else. This is to prevent people from selling max armor to newbies, and to prevent complicated things like cross-class armor wearing. If you made an investment, that's it. If you don't like the look of something, but you've already bought it, then it's too bad.

What everyone's been suggesting about a dressing room or a preview option, however, would be very nice.

How hard would it be, really, to add the option to change our toon's appearance? I'm not talking about armor (sorry OP), but skin/hair color, hair style, body size and the appearance of the face.

Exactley what they need. It's hard to tell by there pictures on there what your really getting. Plus some armour might not look as good on one type of hair/face combo as it does another

a try on function would be VERY nice, and i would like to see a hair/skin color dresser in the future, as i messed up my ele a bit, and have put far to much time and money into her to delete her.

While a try-on option would have saved a good deal of money yesterday while I bought and rejected 4 pieces of armor that didn't give me the look I wanted I woke up in a cold sweat realising that there are plenty of websites that have pics of what all the different armors look like on characters. Food for thought
