Upcoming IWAY nerf

I keep hearing voices regarding the aforementioned subject. All I say is: good riddance ! No matter the possible "counters" to it, it's a ridiculously overpowered build and tombs suck right now with 90% of the ppl running that c...p. Please, A.Net, nerf IWAY, PLEASE.

I really dont see a way you can. Cause IWAY groups just are too versatile. You can customize the IWAY build to your liking and dominate other IWAYS. So with the differant skills that can be used there really aint no way to nerf it where it cant be used just altered. Although one way to help nerf it would be to make it where iway wont work on pets, but there are ways around that too.

ya the tombs suck and the players abiltys suck (overall nto everyoen) rank 6 iways trying to play mesmers ect. also i rember before iway there was about 10 districts and gettign into ID1 wa shard always full and a gd laugh! now theres 2-3 districtsd on busy times and its all iway it sucks!

you notice at the championship that NONE of the top guilds are using IWAY.......

By the way I'm tired of saying this but IWAY (the skill) Does not make IWAY good.

Plz run a SS nerco or learn about ways to counter IWAY before calling for more nerfs and Galie said herself that IWAY has a lot of counter and therefor won't get a nerf.

ss necro sometimes doesnt help cause even stupid iways stop atking when they c spiteful(atleasst most).. wards dont really help.. trappers come in and trap inside wars.. kiting works.. unless ur crippled..nerf is needed.

If you can't beat it, nerf it.

All these points prove is that IWAY teams are not helpless, which should be obvious; if the build had no value then it wouldn't be so popular. None of the things you've pointed out show IWAY to be overpowered. Good balanced teams have no trouble defeating IWAY, unless it's a very good IWAY team, in which case it's the players' skill, not the lack of game balance, that makes the difference.

i remember last week in a tomb run i meet

UW -> iway
Burial mound ->iway
Broken tower -> iway
Scarred earth -> iway , iway again
Unholy temple -> iway
Dark champer -> iway
Coortyard -> iway , balaced(OMG)
Sacred Temples -> iway
Hall of heroes -> iway(we lost this one becouse i lagged and joined in fight like 2 minute after match begin >.<!)

Personaly I have only faced an IWAY team worth actualy bringing up once.... all the other times we drop them like pants at a cast party. However ive seen them play many times due to observer mode and they seem quite annoying, yet ive never seen them win. It seems the most damage they do is to my connection speed....

SS against IWAY:
Just attack the pets with ss and they kill the warriors for you and if you attck the warriors with it and they stop attacking that gives u the time to get the necro's in the back and cast SS on them 2, with necro's gone you can finish the rest easy. have fun

iway is not overpowered and thus doesnt need to be nerfed
if you cant beat iway as a balanced team without becoming an "anti iway" build then thats your problem (my guild can win iway with just a Me/E with a 16sec ward v melee and aegis)
if you nerf iway builds then you need to nerf ranger spike, obsidian flame spike, and any other decent tombs build

silly builds will always rule the masses , not everyone can make a new good build for pvp , so .. when a simple one shows in forums , it will be copycated for sure ... IWAY involves warriors ... lots of people like to play warrior ... nothing surprizing there .. easy and fun .. lose try again , lose try again , win , be happy ... dont need to use brains. its perfect ...

let it be ... if you dont like it , find a build to destroit it , dont ask anet to nerf , nerf is only for bugs ( should be ) bugs as ultra unbalenced items or skills , we hope the game doesnt have any more of those.

People who say take half a million anti warrior things and u can beat IWAY and get free fame are delusional.

Balanced teams cant afford to take too many anti IWAY skills, the more you take the less damage you have and lose against other balanced teams.

Correct me if I am wrong but only r9+ pug teams can beat IWAY succesfully with a few selected anti IWAY skills. Others need to dedicate half the players for anti warrior and still end up losing.

If you still think IWAY is free fame think again.
