I've searched and searched but nothing....


I'm very new with tombs and understand how its played with rank and fame but what is IWAY I know it stands for "I WILL AVENGE YOU!" but can anyone tell me the build and whats its pros and cons and just basically give as much info as possible because I'm not sure about it at all

Its easy, IWAY doesn't use trappers. This modified crap you see today is not IWAY.

Then what exactly is an IWAY team?

I don't use or study IWAY, but I know that it doesn't use trappers.
An IWAY team uses I will avenge you to increase their attack speed. They kill pets along with it. How sickening .

Or am I missing something here.

Well besides a W/R what is it???

People run modified IWAY now. Original IWAY is the build with 8 W/Rs, pets and "I Will Avenge You!".
For modded IWAY, you propably want to take all 4 traps, Mantra of Resolve, Winnowing and maybe Frozen Soil, depending on what the team needs/wants.

All your questions I'll try to get too:

1) "original" IWAY was 8 W/R's with I will Avenge You and Pets (pets dropped fast, pumping IWAY's duration). The rest of the skill bar was normal Warrior stuff - you can just go to any build in the Warrior subforums. This surprised alot of people so they easily steamrolled some rounds.

2) This was soon changed into the FoTm team build most people call IWAY. This is to counter Enchantments and add a buffing to the warriors (the two main problems that peopel saw with original). That is dropping 2 of the W/R's and putting two Necros. 1 necro to buff the team (with the two Orders, and blood related necro buffs). 1 necro (usually /ele) to screw opponent, that is enchantment removable, Tainted flesh sometimes, and stuff like that.

3) NOW Current IWAY (sometimes called "modified IWAY") Does Use Trappers People.

Usual IWAY now is this:
Warrior/Ranger (axe type) x4 usually - 6 slots for the warrior skills w/rez sig (evis., disrupting chop, etc, etc, making sure to fit in IWAY and sometimes warriors cunning) - last 2 slots for ranger skills, always Charm Animal, and a Spirit chosen for you by team before hand (usually Pred. Season or EoE for the warriors because their beast based).
Necros x2 - Same as necros in number 2 - except some people play with them.

Now your Meat and Potatos - the 2 R/me trappers most take now. (some take 1, and add another warrior).

You'll bring:
Spike Trap
Flame Trap
Barbed Trap
Dust Trap
Mantra of Resolve
Spirit (Winnowing or Nature's Renewal, each trapper takes 1 of them)
Troll
Rez Sig.

Some drop one of the traps for Healing Spring, and I've seen some other weird stuff They'll drop 1 of the traps for (its usually flame trap thats dropped) - just discuss it with your team.

Everyone starts out by Dropping the appropaite spirits (dont drop Nature if your facing another IWAY).

Your job is to put up mantra, and place traps as its appropaite at their feet. If you become a target, fall back and Troll. if you brought healing lay it under your warriors as they fight, or use it as protection as you cast troll (which is a long 3 sec cast). (You aren't bringing any faster recharge stuff, because you can just fall back and sit other stufff while your traps recharge - and th fact that most of your recharge stuff interfers with others or your own build).

Anyways, this is what I run and I think its the best:
WS (12 + 3 + 1) = 16
Expertise (10 + 3) = 13
Inspiration Magic (8) = 8

Weapon: Any staff with 30HP + 30HP
Armor: Druid's armor w/ Sup Vigor

Spike Trap
Blind Trap
Flame Trap
Healing Spring
Rez Sig
Mantra of Resolve
Barbed Trap

I use those traps in order as a combo. Spike > dust > flame >.

If you have a really smart and are on TS/Vent (which MOST people don't use because they think a GOOD IWAY doenst need it) you are gonna tell your warriors to follow you when you cast Healing Spring when they need, or when they are ganking a dude.

Barbed + Spike is a good combination for slowing down relic runners.
