It happened twice so now I'm curious to know if it's normal or not:

First time, it happened in Urgoz, and now, during Warband Brother mission :

If a Foe cast Double Dragon, my minipet will be surrounded by double dragon too. Have you ever noticed that?

I tried to see if there already was a discussion like that and couldn't find it, thanks in advance for your answers.

if you check the wiki:

down to the 'notes' section, you will find that minis are treated as allies...:

The game treats miniatures as allies:
They are affected by skill effects (e.g. Earthquake or "You're All Alone!"), and they boost skills that increase in power through the number of allies within range (e.g. Leader's Comfort).
However, they cannot draw aggro nor do they impact Leadership.
so the enemy should not be able to use double dragon on them--though one of your party could.

If i see it happen again i'll make a screen. I saw it twice, my mini circled by double dragon...

I think that miniatures are treated as allies of the foes too... they are just neutral but they can get damage too...
