Help to explore the 4 low level arenas

I very much want to get 100% map exploration (yes I know there is leeways etc) but I have OCD so I want 100% map explored.

I want to explore the arenas but the outposts for them are empty. Can any kind people help me explore them? Need 7 other people

Ascalon Arena in Ascalon City — Level 1 to 10 only.
Shiverpeak Arena in Yak's Bend — Level 1 to 15 only.
Shing Jea Arena from Shing Jea Monastery — Level 1 to 10 only.
Sunspear Arena from Kamadan — Level 1 to 10 only.

You can get 100% on each map without the arenas, for the titles.

Unless you mean technically uncovering every single fogged area for about 104% of each map....
