pongmei valley chest running

I know this isnt really the chest runner thread but i just think im more likely to get a answer here, in ref to running pongmei ive a few questions

1: If i want a chance of a R8 etc is it best running it in HM or NM?
2: Do you guys just run it with henchies ignoring the mobs around the chest, opening it and runing to the next, or do u fight the mobs and clear them?
3: if your just running through the mobs, do u just bring pure healing and party wide running builds?
4: Any other suggestions for running pongmei u can think of

1. You have to run it in NM, as there won't drop Q8 in HM.
2. I run it witch henchies and don't clear the mobs ofc^^. Thats why it is called a ChestRUN^^
3. I take all Warrior Heroes, and Paragon Heroes and fill up the team with sth. else. And they all have Paragon shouts like "Fall Back!" or "Can't touch this!" and so on.
