Okay let's give it another shot.
As you can see, I've used superior runes for each hero's primary attribute - this is NOT necessary. For free slots I'm using Runes of Vitae. Survivor Insignias all the way excluding 1x Bloodstained Insignia on MM. I'll list all the skills used below to make things extra clear:

MM Prot: Aura of the Lich, Masochism, Death Nova, Animate Bone Minions, Putrid Bile, Shield of Absorption, Protective Spirit, Aegis.
Curses Support: Pain of Disenchantment, Enfeebling Blood, Mark of Pain, Barbs, Foul Feast, Signet of Lost Souls, Dwayna's Sorrow, Blood Ritual.
Esurge Mesmer: Energy Surge, Mistrust, Mirror of Disenchantment, Hex Eater Signet, Unnatural Signet, Cry of Frustration, Drain Enchantment, Blood Ritual.
Panic Mesmer: Panic, Mistrust, Spiritual Pain, Hex Eater Signet, Unnatural Signet, Cry of Frustration, Power Drain, Signet of Return.
Ineptitude Mesmer: Ineptitude, Wandering Eye, Clumsiness, Arcane Conundrum, Signet of Clumsiness, Waste Not, Want Not, Power Drain, Signet of Return.
SoS Resto: Signet of Spirits, Bloodsong, Painful Bond, Spirit Siphon, Protective Was Kaolai, Mend Body and Soul, Spirit Light, Life.
This 7H Team Build utilises heavy caster/melee shutdown by the three Mesmers, extra melee shutdown and melee support (for minions) by the Curses Necro, lots of Disenchants and Condition/Hex removal. My role is to keep +100 armor up at all times in addition to "There's Nothing to Fear!". MM Prot has anti-nuking skills whereas UA Monk and Sos Rit offer party-wide heals. This is basically how I roll.
