The final confrontation HM help

So I know I'm like, really really late to the party, but here it goes:

Basicly I am wondering if anyone finished "The final confrontation" in hard mode lately? From what I've read here and on different pages, this quest should be a walk in the park compared to some of the previous WoC quests, but I'm about to go crazy trying to finish it. I usually get wiped when Reiku is at around 30-40% health.
I've tried running the regular 7H Support Build, tried switching from Panic to Energy Surge and from Ineptitude to Shared Burden, brought Spiritual Pain on the Domination Mesmer, then tried running with 3x Rt Heros as suggested here http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/w...t10503437.html
while keeping the changes mentioned above, and tried adding Consume Soul to my Rts with Spawning Power. I myself run a Warrior, usually on 100b, but also tried switching to Dragon Slash here as there really arent that many foes balling up for AoE and to deal more damage to Reiku when I got the time to go after her.
I usually don't encouter problems like this, I mean I do DoA with 7H just fine and yes, there were a few challenging quests in WoC, definitly, but it was easy to find working strategies on the net to beat those quests, but for this one noone seems to have had any troubles. However, the people who beat the quests posted around Feb 2012, has anything changed since then that I am not aware of?! Hero AI update?! And how would a proper build around the Elite Consume Soul look on my Ritus, I'm a noob with Ritus really...

And also considering strategy here. People keep suggesting to focus on phantasms and ministry troops first, however the furthest I got beating Reiku was when I ran the 3 Rts and called out whatever Miku was attacking.

Yea, any help or just some confirmation that nothing changed and that it is really that easy and I'm just too stupid would be VERY appreciated.

Don't bother with Consume Soul, it's not worth the elite slot. Just use a lot of Mesmers with Energy Surge, Spiritual Pain, Mistrust, and various interrupts. Since you're a Warrior, you may consider using a Spear build with Holy Spear.

I haven't done this in a long time but I remember that sometimes it felt really, really hard and, other times, I pretty much breezed through it. I also doubt anything major has changed in this quest but I can't say that with 100% certainty. Don't give up, you'll beat it

Can use Swap to find the non-summon one to kill because it won't work on her.

Schmerdro you're amazing, thanks! Nailed it on the first try with 3 E-surge mesmers, didn't even go for Holy Spear and just used a Dragon Slash build.

The start was a bit bumpy, with health bars decreasing to somewhat alarming points, but that might have been because I flagged all 3 mesmer heros in front of my other heros (had them on the first 3 positions and cba'd to restart the mission with xandra being on of those 3). On the other hand, my spirits sure were well protected :S Anyways, after like 1 minute it was super easy, none of my heros died during the entire mission, no consets used etc. I just kept focusing on whatever Miku was attacking, didn't call it out to my heros though unless the area was already cleared. Oh and I prioritized Purity Eles&Mesmers whenever they came along.

In case anyone else runs into the same issue I had (which I highly doubt after seeing how f'ing easy it was running this), here is what my heros used:
