PC on two weapons

1. OS Amber Longbow q9 max, 15>50
2. OS Cleaver q10 max, 15% w/ Energy Regen -1

I know Amber Longbow isn't a desired skin, and -1 energy regen isn't as popular of an inherent mod as -1 life regen (dual vamp). Are these merch food or worth anything? Thanks in advance.
