Wayfarers Reverie Quests are now repeatable.

I completed them on my dervish before, and after last update I am able to take the quests again.

Tormented weapons are going to drop in price very soon..

possible they were fixing the full inventory bug...which also created a bug of allowing you to get the quests again???

Here is the information posted on the GW forums from Stephane:

Fixed a bug that prevented players with a full inventory from receiving rewards for completing the Wayfarer’s Reverie quests. Players who have already completed these quests are now able to replay them in order to receive any rewards they missed.

It's a minor rollback, only a small portion of players will get to get another Tormented weapon so it shouldn't have a huge impact. It has to be related to the full inventory bug.

While this still requires the effected players to complete any quests that were removed again, we thought it was a better solution than doing nothing.

Please let us know if you can repeat any of them more than this one additional time, or if the final reward can be collected more than once by any account.

So it looks like you can repeat the proof quests, but you can't turn in the proofs for another gift if your account already has one.

Well, I just did all the quests again just to see what happened.
You cannot turn your proofs in for a second tormented weapon at embark reach.
You can receive individual quest rewards a second time, you can receive the proofs a second time, but you do not get a second gift with a second tormented weapon.

I think it really is just for those that got the full inventory bug.
Surprised to see Anet actually thought about this, I am impressed.
