D/any HM Vaettir Farm Help

I'm using the D/Any HM Vaettir Farm build and I am having some issues. (http://www.gwpvx.com/Build/any_HM_Vaettir_Farmer)

I've watched the videos about 2,000 times and can ball them up but as soon as I switch to my scythe they snap me in half like a match stick.

I'm using full Elite Sunspear armor with full windwalker, minor scythe mastery, major mysticism, major rune of vitality and 2 minor runes of vitae.

My weapon sets are a Chaos axe of enchanting with a Norn tactics shield with AR vs earth+10 and a Deldrimore scythe with dmg+15% when health is above 50%, armor penetration +20% (20% chance) and 20% longer enchantments.

Any tips/ ideas of where I am going wrong would be greatly appreciated.

Perhabs your HP drops below 720 when switching to your scythe. Check this first. Remember to display your norn title as well..

I have 804 hp with Intimidating Aura and Eternal Aura. I may be pulling too many, but in the videos they're pulling far more than me and getting no damage?

I'm not entirely sure they're using windwalker, but I don't know what else they would be using.

Well, the way you described your problem made me just think of this opportunity since this is the most obvious one.

804 hp -(30hp loss from Shield while switching) should be enough anyway...

Yes you need windwalker on every piece of armor.....

replace crippling victory with Aura Slicer...so you can proc more often ( otherwise you'll have to wait in between hits to rebuild adrenalin ) -slowing you down

remember to cast [extend enchantments] before [Intimidating Aura] as well.. especially if your trying to ball all 60

Having an earth shield is highly recommended for balling foes.. especially if your doing all 60 at once.

Turns out I had forgotten 1 insignia.
