So I'm at 89% on my last continent, and I was looking to pick up Texmod to finish it up. I used to use the program all the time, it's how I finished up Tyria and Cantha, but now it seems I either don't remember how to use the incredibly simple mods listed on the wiki, or the fills aren't up to date. I've tried loading with both the shortcut to Guild Wars and the regular old .exe, but still, neither pull up an image in game.
I'm assuming the files listed aren't valid for the game anymore? And if not, are there any Texmod files that I can find that are actually up to date? Would love to finish up Legendary Cartographer!
Cartographer Texmods?

Files on wiki are up-to-date.
Let me explain you it in steps:
1) Download tpf file (for example carographer one).
2) Download Texmod or Umod (second one is better).
You got link to texmod on wiki and umod page is: http://code.google.com/p/texmod/downloads/list
3) Run downloaded file.
4) In texmod: in folder image select gw.exe and in bottom left window select tpf file (for example carographer).
In Umod: click main and start game through umod. Select gw.exe. Than in bottom left corner click on open texture package and select tpf file (for example cartographer).
Why should you choose umod over texmod?
1) No bugs. You'll see many graphical bugs while using texmod and none using umod.
2) Enabling/disabling mods on the go. With texmod you need to restart game. With umod you load mods while playing.

Edit - reading through the README, apparently Guild Wars has problems with Windows XP :/ Happen to know enough about Texmod to help figure that one out? As I stated before, I open Texmod, add Gw.exe as my target application, then load the "Cartography Made Easy Complete Collection.tpf" in the packages. Click run and nothing happens in-game. Ideas on that?

Not sure what exactly the problem was, but I finally got Texmod to work. A while back I had made a copy of my Guild Wars folder so I could run two copies of Guild Wars at the same time. Apparently the only Gw.exe file that will now work with Texmod is the copy, not the desktop shortcut or the original Gw.exe. I have no clue why it's like that at all, but problem solved atleast! Ty for all suggestions guys.
