SpaceFreak's Skills checklist

Does anyone have SpaceFreak's checklist? I cannot download it from the main website, and I can't find it any where else. I know there are a lot of different checklists, and the Mapping Out, but I like how the spreadsheet was setup.

Is that the newest one, version 9? And I did find that one after I posted this, but wasn't sure if it was up to date or not.

I try to download that and I get

"404 Not Found"
