What happened to Complete Collection? No more?

Hello,
I was planning to gift a couple of those to friends whose birthdays are coming next weeks.

However, no copy of the complete collection can be found on Amazon, nor play(dot)com, nor gamestop (Italy).

Why have all the copies run out of stock?
Any serious EU store to suggest?

well Gamestation has the Trilogy and Eye of the North for £19 for both
have not looked at any others out there but here is one to start

Play.com has them in stock Trilogy at £23. 45 im sure theres a site called gameseek not to sure on that one but you can check it out

as said before there are a few download sites as above no box just the download .tbh never used the box in all the alts i have its just the serial key thats all you need

I want to gift the boxed sets to my friends (you know, that plastic card, proof of ownership and all that stuff in case you lose your account), so that rules out digital downloads.

The one on play(dot)com is a reseller (not from play(dot)com stock), but if I find nothing better, I'll try that.

and all EU is out of stock for complete collection. Out of curiosity, do you know what happened and why there is so much shortage?

Chances are most places are out of stock because they wouldn't be making new copies of the game to sell anymore - it'd be a case of "whatever is left in your stock is whatever is available to sell" with the exception being if you buy a digital download copy from NCSoft's website or any other reseller that has digital keys. I doubt they would go to the efforts of pressing DVDs and packaging this close to GW2 coming out.

You can get it for £55 plus p&p on Amazon.
But you'd be much better just getting the trilogy and EoTN.
I just bought the expansions for £25 off play.com
Most stuff i get is from resellers and they are perfectly ok.Infact i usually get stuff quicker than when its from play.com stock.

I don't know if it was delayed/cancelled but it was to be re-released euro,Released in the U.S.A. on 2/1/2012

I was able to find a copy of the Complete Collection at my local Gamestop. Cost $30.

I was very happy and surprised since I had planned to buy Trilogy+EOTN on Steam - but that would have been $50...
