No. There are some
Honor statues that have several linked titles, but most are stand-alone.
The Hero of... statues can be added just by finishing the respective campaigns. You could probably skip most of Prophecies and still get that statue. Another character could do Factions, finish the campaign, and add the statue. It would count toward your total achievement.
However, the Protector and Guardian statues can only be added once a single character has done all the missions and bonuses in a single campaign. One character would have to do all the Normal Mode missions and their bonuses in Prophecies to be able to add the Protector of Tyria statue. However, another character could do all the missions and bonuses in Normal Mode in Factions and be able to add the Protector of Cantha statue. Similar for the Guardian statues (Hard Mode). Your account would get the cumulative credit of those characters' accomplishments.
However, if you want to be able to add the Eternal Legendary Guardian statue, you would have to earn the Guardian and Protector titles -- all NM and HM missions, and their bonuses, in all three campaigns -- on a single character.

You can pick up the quest to go from Lion's Arch to Factions, which is a bit easier. And then, unless I'm mistaken, you can pick up the quest in Factions to go to Nightfall (make sure you dump "Sunspears in Kryta" first). There you will have a party size of 8 and the henchmen will all be level 20, making it a bit easier.
