Actually, slap a Measure for Measure on it and salvage it

According to the basic price check guide (which was unstickied last night??) a Q9 Diamond Aegis (see: wanted skin) with near perfect -2wS/+44wS mods should be between 30 and 350+ ecto. I understand the the +44wS isn't perfect, but that can be corrected. Is the information in that thread extremely outdated or is the Motivation requirement not desired? Why would this be merchfood? I'm just wanting to know so I don't have to price check garbage anymore... Any help in understanding this would be appreciated.
