Cannot open tpf (texmod)

I cannot open tpf files on my computer!!! Please help me

You can open them with opentpf. Instructions are included in the usage.txt file. If you want to actually use .tpf files, you just add them to the list in Package mode of TexMod. You only need to open them if you want to modify them.
