UW Solo With Ele?

Hey there. I've been out of the game for quite a while and I was wondering if there is a current build for elementalists to farm UW for Ecto? I recall an earth build that worked when I left but I have no idea what has changed and what hasn't.

If not ele, what is used to do this nowadays? I would appreciate any help.

SoS Rit is one that can do it.

Yeah they added the Duhmm skeletons and basicly made it where you can't use an earth ele anymore. Like luwe80 says the Ritualist is the way to go if you really want to still solo UW...it's doable but alot slower then the old ele smite runs. But you can almost clear the whole place with your rit if you want, but it's a long process.

You can do the SoS rit build on an ele if you don't have a rit. Or even if you do and you just like playing your ele more.

I like using my necro for faster energy w/o having to use a skill slot.

Ele can still do it, just pop a cupcake to outrun them and if they are really bugging you, take some coldfire aggro in wastes and sliver them (you know, how everyone does it on SC's...)

solo uw with ranger just use heroes to clear the first room run is realy easy and should take 12-15 mins at max

a/d plains farmer is still good

I'd just join some low end SC groups and take "the slow way" by farming the crap out of wastes. If they are fast just adapt =]

It's possible to Duo it, but then you gonna need a monk friend.
You run a E/Me ether reneval tank and take a smite/prot monk friend. You can outheal the armor ignoring skele attacks and interupt Rend Enchantments from Dieing Nightmares.

To solo as Ele - I guess the only effective way without cons is running SoS on E/Rt.
