chaos dmg 11-22 req 10 ilusion magic
energy +5 while health is above 50%
haves skill recharge of chaneling magic spells 19%

The shield is single modded but has a desirable skin so might fetch 5-10k with some effort. The wand has mixed mods and is pretty much useless so I suggest merching.
