Quickening Terrain

Your base movement speed is increased by 15%. If your speed increases beyond this, then you lose 10 health per second while moving.

So yeah, I heard people are killing themselves with Sugar Rush now. Fun!

JQ, FA and AB are now faster(?), and IMS are now bad. What else does this affects?

Me/A: Signet of Illusions, IoP, Shamefull Fear

Rest is optional. Shamefull Fear will do 300 damage to flaggers, trololololo.

And yeah, as soon as that was worked out everybody suddenly died in HA.

Although why the Split/Flagger hate? It seems to me that split characters are going to have to be extra careful with this flux in play.

Interesting flux for once... it will have an effect on relics maps for HA obviously and for everyone just spamming MH... but well, it might lead to less splits in GvG, which means even less build diversity.. but well we will see.

P.S : going to be fun to try catch monks in RA having none...
