Did I put a wrong birth date?

Okay, this is going to sound stupid but when I made my NC master account (just earlier today), I didn't look very carefully to make sure that I hadn't misclicked on the birthday dropdown menus. Birth date seems to be the one piece of personal information that isn't displayed on the master account profile info page.

if I send a ticket to NC support, do you think they will help me recover my birthday info (I tried to put my real birthday, so if I tell them my real birthday will they be willing to say whether the info on the account matches?) or will they treat it as an outsider trying to gain private info?

Alternatively has anyone here ever put a wrong/false birthday at creation? Were you still able to get help from NC support later (account recovery etc) even though you couldn't provide the correct birthday?

They won't tell you your birthday- I entered mine incorrectly by 10 years, and had to just guess until I got it right. They may be able to allow you to reset it, but I don't know. It's one of the things they use to recover lost/hacked accounts so the likelihood you can change it is pretty low unfortunately.

Where/how did you do your guessing? In support tickets when the GM asks you for your birthday?

I would think that if you guessed too many times the GMs would get suspicious xD
I do clearly remember seeing the correct dates on the dropdowns, I'm just not sure if I clicked precisely or on the option one above/below each of the correct values. So at most I'd have 27 guesses to go through D:

You'll have to just contact support and ask. We can't help you or tell you how they'll handle future requests. If you send them an email saying 'I made a master account this morning and think I may have made a mistake when entering my birthdate. It is ../../...., can you confirm this?' you should at least get a response. If you still aren't getting anywhere and are really concerned, try the official support forums.
