Where did my account go?

I tried to log in to my account after a 2-3 years break and this is what I get:



What can I do about it? I can send an email to ANet, but I bought the game like 6 years ago and I have no idea where the boxes and CD keys might be :-/ I can still give the number of the credit card used to buy some online things at the store, so that may help.

Any suggestions? Did it ever happen to you before?

You could try going to the official support forums and making a post there. They'll tell you to contact support, but if you explain things carefully they may ask you to supply details through PM (do not supply account details in the thread as others may be able to steal your account). Only send details to a user that has the official arenanet symbol next to their name.

Was your account perhaps only a trial account?

It's entirely an account issue which we can't help you with. Your best bet is to contact support.
