Need access to Vizunah Square local quarter

I'm willing to pay a modest amount of money for somebody to help me get access to Vizunah Square (Local Quarter) by having a Factions character with the Mayhem in the Market quest active. Of course, I would appreciate it if somebody was willing to help for free, but begging for free services is against the rules and I don't mind paying a little bit for some help.

If you want to whisper me I'm usually logged in as Quizor Broham, although occasionally I might be on a storage alt or something so add me to your friend's list and I might be online still if that's the case.
