What to do with birthday presents?

Well it appears I have 24 birthday presents, 4 of each year from 1 - 6. What would be the best thing to do with these. Should I open them? Can I sell them unopened?

Meh, what the hell, open them, it's not like your gonna loose any money considering they were all yours in the first place Some of the 6th year tonic's are still XXXe, so you could get lucky and make more off just 1 present than selling a bunch of them. Good luck!

you can sell them unopened, if you need minis for your HoM you could open them--if you need cash I would sell them .
birthday gifts from year 6 are tonics--they are still worth a bit if you get a good one (nogru is not a good one).....if you need cash definitely sell those! I would open 5 as most of those are still worth something (and you might get a good one there).

its really up to you as to what your priorities are.

I don't have anything in the HoM yet, that's part of why I am playing again, to check out new stuff and work on the HoM rewards for GW2.

then if you are planning to fill that HoM...OPEN the gifts---you need 20 different ones for a 'full' devotion (thats the minipet one I think), though you also need to get one gold and one green--you might get lucky and get all of that from those gifts--if you get duplicates (especially of the higher years) you can sell/trade them undedicated for ones you do want/need....
sell the tonic--it has no value for the HoM and can get you cash to get other stuff for it.
