Actually that points out a larger issue. People are still going to be biased to queue up with the "winning" side. This is already an issue with the remaining AB population, many of whom don't care about faction and switch to whomever is favored by the current map. It's a game of chicken to see which players are impatient enough with the wait times to switch to the weaker side, and it's unfortunately going to be biased towards the less serious players that do so, which makes the disadvantaged side even more likely to lose. The ability to switch sides is very much needed but it needs some failsafes to deal with these problems. |
