Character Slots

I have 9 character slots at the moment and i am waiting for the 50% on character slots.

But my question is how many character slots can i have maximum?

as many as u like i think. i have 16 at the moment

You can buy a maximum of 26 and obtain an overall maximum of 35.

I think waiting for those cheaper char slots i better then buy those storage panes, cause a storage pane gives 20 slots and a character gives 45 slots.

Quick side note: 40 slots, not 45. Pouch (5), backpack (20), bag (5), bag(5), equipment pack (5). And 1-2 in the active weapon set.

It's 50 if you apply Runes of Holding on both bags or get Charr Bags. More if you get an upgraded equipment pack.

And a couple more weapon slots for each hero you unlock on the character.

No-one uses bags without a Rune of Holding - it's not worthwhile to even count them as 5 slots.

But it is useful to note that adding an Equipment Pack can give you 5 to 20 more slots.

So, 50 is correct with a basic 5-slot EP. It is better, slot-wise, to get a character slot rather than a storage pane, but, of course, you don't have the direct access of a storage pane. Overall though, if you have the full compliment of "free" storage panes, you should have enough storage for anything you need quick access too. Character mules are great for storing stuff like mini-pets, greens, Runes, etc., that you don't need immediately.
