Only hit rank 1 for Luxon and don't want to spend so much time to raise the rank so it's only 4 secs. I found her Anthem of Fury is great on keep my SY. And with 2 FBs the team can keep the movement speed buff most of the time, during special situation I will change it to some prot type skills. Not sure is EH good or not.
Is there any advices about the builds?

Racway is generally thought of as the original paragon team, or at least the first one to become famous.

Kway is what I came up with after vanquishing everywhere with a team that was similar to Racway. It has better adrenaline gain, spirits, and some AoE damage capability thanks to Splinter Weapon.

Some people use necromancer teams and while that works pretty well I prefer to use paragon or ranger heroes with my paragon.

Any way to incorporate Kway with 3 necros ala Discordway or is it better off as is?

It is less than optimal because necromancers don't benefit from any of the physical damage buffing, though their minions will benefit from GFTE a little.
EBSoH doesn't do anything to help the armor ignoring damage that the necros are putting out either.

As a rule I build teams around my own profession, so on my paragon and ranger I run Kway (or similar) while on a monk or ele I will tend to have a lot of casters and no physicals. You can mix and match but much of the time it is better to stick with one of the other because of buffing that only affects physical damage dealers or casters.
