now that the new update is implemented it is fairly used for minion masters, however all i have come across agree that death nova needs to be changed to be able to use more often.
from personal experience i try as often as possible to cast death nova on my minions but by the time i get to its already dead.
so what does everyone say to the follwing
Death Nova: 5e 3/4 ct 1s rt
Enchantment Spell. For 30 seconds, if target ally dies, all adjacent foes take 26...85...100 damage and are Poisoned for 15 seconds.
Death Nova: 10e 3/4 ct instant recharge
Enchantment Spell. For 30 seconds, if target ally dies, all adjacent foes take 26...85...100 damage and are Poisoned for 15 seconds.
(looking at this i see no real problem with energy if soul reaping is high enough but it should really initiate the minion window update fully...especially if were supposed to use the update for something)

and considering u cant have heros in pvp why not? faster casting tiem other than 2 seconds is kidna ...better? im trying to mm a damn ele hes gonna have swarms of minions on him, breath of fire adn im screwed...why not penalize him for killing my minions is the point. its like ... i dont even get a chance to cast on my minions because they are already dead.
I thik death nova is fine the way it is. Its already a super powerful skill... minion bombers are perhaps even OP and have been for some time. In addition, you can use your weapon sets smartly to speed up the casting times quite often. There are also skills that increase cast times (mind bender on a human MM would be great). I say keep it the way it is now.

I like the idea of making it aoe if target is a minion. Maybe half the damage, or make it 15 energy but that makes it so less spammy. The issue I have with it is less targeting the minions, but more having heroes recast it for like 50% of the time so i have to wait for olias at the next engagement.

Weakening the damage is still stupid though. Unless you took it to 50 damage it would be ridiculous.

mesmer can get enough minions...and quite frankly just becasue of the update makeing masmer greater(the last few udpates)i dont have t play mesmer...in face in pvp they are the most OP
