Changes to survivor?

Ive read a little about changes to the survivor title and was just curios, i was playing a new character in pre and realized when i typed in /deaths i get the message "you have died 0 times and gained experience since death". I dont remember ever seeing the experience since death part of that, has that always been there? If its hasnt always been there i think we can all guess what the change is.

That text leaked in with the recent dervish update. There's been a lot of speculation about it since then. We expect today's update to fully implement whatever change it will be.

today's new update allows you to get survivor even if you have died previously, as long as you get the experience for the title continuously without dieing. if you die, the title just starts over.

Hey can anyone explain how it works now ?

For example i get 1st rank and fail before 2nd.. and what i have to do after this?

You have to start over.

Will it continue when i achive the same amount of xp? Anyway are u sure about this?

The way it was explained is like this:
Earn 140,600 XP without a single death: earn Survivor rank 1
Earn 587,500 XP without a single death: earn Survivor rank 2
Earn 1,337,500 XP without a single death: earn Survivor rank 3

If you ever die, you keep the achieved title, but your counter for earned XP resets. So, earn 150000 XP without dieing and you become Survivor 1. If you die now, you can still display Survivor 1, but you'll need a new chunk of 587500 XP to get Survivor 2.

This is weird. I die and I get to keep all XP i have gained. It doesn't go to 0XP.

For the title? Yes, that's how it's supposed to work. For the /deaths command? Then we have a problem.

It only shows the furthest you got in XP without dieing. To see how many XP you have currently without dieing, check the /deaths command.
