Being able to display HoM titles in GW1

I think it would be a nice way to show off your HoM achievements in-game if we allowed to display those title much in the same way the current titles are displayed. I am referring to these titles that are shown on the HoM Reward Calculator:

1. Traveler
2. Guild Warrior
3. Rift Warden
4. Chosen
5. Ascendant
6. Closer to the Stars
7. Ghostly Hero
8. Flameseeker
9. Legend of the Mists
10. Champion of the God

Not a max title, just showing off your title...Although tbh i think it could just lead to even easier "You must have at least 30/50 or Closer to the stars to join the group"

As long as it isn't counted in GWAMM then its all good.

you would have to be 50/50 to display it so idk how you think that is "free". also, what you do to get CotG is totally different than what you do for GWAMM. I like this idea, especially since it's earned in GW1.

As long as it doesn't count for GWAMM and its just for show, it's fine with me.

GWAMM doesn't count all most of the stuff the HoM titles count.

In GW2 players will be able to display any of those ranks separately, I wonder if that would be better than a single rank.

My original idea has more to do with simply having the option of displaying your HoM achievement (or reward) title in-game and nothing more than that. Since the game only allows you to display one title at a time obviously you would have to choose which title to display. In this regard the "HoM" titles would be mutually exclusive with the GWAMM title (e.g. choose to display one or the other.)

I like this idea because I am pretty sure there are a quite a lot of players who have already obtained CotG yet still haven't reached GWAMM status.

Obby/Chaos Gloves + Zaishen title is good enough if you want to show off wealth.

dont see why not, i mean, cant be worse than those showoffs who always turn GWAMM on and walk with it through any town without changing

if people like to showoff, or just show (some do it to show they are happy, not that they think they are elite), i wouldnt have anything against it, and since it doesnt do anything bad to the game, why not?

should this happen, i think it'll happen at GW2 release, or a lil after that

and if some still play GW while others do GW2, people can use their deserved titles, whether its showing off or just showing with normal (non-elitism) thoughts
and it may even encourage people to buy GW2, seeing GW2 titles from the few players who still play GW at that time

I'm pretty sure I'll get my GWAMM before CotG ... just because don't have the money for the pets (and I refuse to buy destroyer/opressor/tormented weapons only for HoM's sake and never use them)

People would have to select the title for it to show. That won't happen always, specially in regions related to title effects.

On-Topic: Would be nice to have something to display on PvP chars other than Gladiator/Zaishen. Not that I'm complaining or anything.

Meh, I don't care, would be cool, because only my ele is GWAMM, so I can show off on my other charrs too :P

I would sign it, if the HoM really required something more than GWAMM + excessive amounts of money.
But in all seriousness, getting 50 pets => cash; getting 8 armors, including Vabbian and Obsidian => cash; getting 15 weapons, including Tormented one => cash or lotsa grind. The Fellowship monument is meh easy to fill. And the Honor monument is GWAMM-connected - actually, getting a GWAMM shows off more than full Honor. Or just show off your max TH title.
So, if HoM was achievement-based, as PS3 Trophies, and not money-based, it'd be okay to let it. But with it working as it does, /notsigned.
