The plagueborn is for the merchant after salvaging the mods
req9 insc Katana - 20-25k
I think you must be mistaken about the mods on the staff - unless it has 2 staff wraps. Maybe post a screenshot?
req9 Flatbow - maybe 5k-ish if inscribable. 20-25k or so if uninscribable, though it kinda depends on the skin. Is it the Feathered skin or the wooden Ascalon one? Might be able to get a tad more for the latter.
