50 Free Tournament points?

Once when anet disbanded the xunlai prediction system everybody were awarded 50 free points. I picked up a almost free NF in a shop and made a new account with it. According to the quote below from the How to make money thread it should be there for any new account. But High Priest Zhang isnt giving anything. Has this been changed, so you wont get free points aka z keys any more?

To clarify: You need to speak to High Priest Zhang in the Great Temple of Balthazar to get 50 Tournament Reward Points, then talk to Tolkano (also in GToB) to trade them in for keys.

It should still work. Zhang just gives you the points; you get the actual keys from Tolkano.

You have to talk to Talkano first to register your name, as I recall. Then speak to Zhang for the points, and then back to Talkano for the keys.

Are you sure you made a new account and not just add the NF key to an existing account?

It's a seperate new account, no doubt. One of my guildies told that the 50 free points are only for older accounts and not applicable for new ones.
I was ready to believe it was only applicable for older accounts, but seems its still valid.
What confused me is that Zhang didnt talk about points at all, my only option was to ask him about different types of combat.
But when I tried Tolkano again one minute ago he had the keys for me

It is indeed valid for newer accounts. I made my account in October and got the points after reading about them on Wiki ;D

Ohh good info - I talked to Zhang and when he talked about the combat I tried that and only found PvP. I just left the area and didn't try to talk to Tolkano again! I will try that again THANKS!
