Actually, they're still working on it...or at least, that's what I've heard from TK people.

The process is just taking forever since it's not very high on their priority list.

I've heard mixed reviews....so, I probably wouldn't bother. WoW is definitely worth getting into now because of Cataclysm, if you don't mind the 15 bucks a month.

Yeah...I don't think that would help. Although, you do have to wonder what the holy frack their web developers have been doing for the last year and a half.

Haven't played for 4 months, but i lurk gw guru regularly. It happened to me several times (mostly after watching gw2 videos when i get excited) that I just open the gw, realized that i have absolutely nothing to do more and then just close.

No offense to any, but this I have never understood. "I will return to playing GW when..."....If not playing a game, why do ppl still visit fan sites of said game? Maybe it's just me, but I don't understand not returning to a game yet frequenting a site devoted to a game.

Maybe it's just habit, other than that could be info about game updates, possible new strategies, off topics and similar.

But most of new posts i see here are made by new players that ask basic questions.

Derv Update, 7 heroes, and Crisis in Cantha or w/e it's called update hits. When you beat the game as in having done everything you can do on multiple characters, get 50/50 and GWAMM, there is nothing left to do, you stop playing until there is new content. Sometimes I think the new content was released to get people back into the game for a short period of time just to buy the costumes. Sound cynical? Yes it is.

Why do people friend elementary school classmates on facebook, nostalgia. I had some really tight friends in the game back in the day.
And don't get me wrong, despite all the criticism, the game was fun and good, but everyone got tired of waiting for it to reach its potential and become great. So, they did what was natural and moved on. Hitting up guru is reconnecting to the good times.

I'll play again when the Test Krewe isn't an incompetent train wreck.

I know that I'll be playing again when the FB comes out, I'm tired of henchies but I want to finish my VQ titles before GW2

What did you expect? They replaced qualified QA professionals with a bunch of inexperienced kids who get less access to the game/development than actual QA testers (which, by the way, isn't much).

It was a terrible idea in the beginning and they've never replaced the large number of people they lost due to incompetence, poor management, and general dumbassery.

I'll play again when finding a GvG team and then actually being able to play the game becomes less of a hassle. Right now, I don't think it is worth it.

How much access internal QA gets with dev depends a lot on the company.

I expect the Anet employees working with TK to have a higher degree of understanding than demonstrated about how the game works.

I'll start to ACTUALLY play again (and not just use GW as a 3D instant messenger), when we get the 7 hero/embark update (next October).

I'll play again when there's some new friggin content, y'know the stuff that's been in preparation for over half a year.

I'll play again when it loads in a few seconds.

I'll play again when...well, I really play when I feel like it. I'm back in the "feel like it mode", but that will probably wane once I get my latest character the Survivor title.

When my exams are done. I'm still having fun playing the game in it's current state.

Only thing that kept me playing over the past 5 years was skill updates and not the pvp side.New builds to try new farms to discover,coulnt give a s*** about the 7 hero update cos the AI annoys me to much.Cant really say anything about pvp simply cos my pvp experience is few HA rounds with bunch of R9 -s was fun but not my thing really.
Any Pve skill update would be sufficent for me to log in.

I will play again when shadow form was the way it was before all the nerfs.
