Error 15 PvP

Anyone else having this in PvP ( and PvE ) ?

edit: timer started, next match started loading, got kicked. Err-something followed by another err-13.

Got a 013 in the cinematic after getting legendary guardian. I hope it still counts :s

tryed to get out europe with a other account and that one had lots of trouble to get to american dis.

getting error 40 now, cant connect on any characters
