MOX doesn't have an armor upgrade, yet is able is be added to the HoM. And no, he doesn't have any armor upgrades. When/if he's addable, he'll be listed in the HoM calculator.

"Unlike other heroes, M.O.X. has no alternate armor sets. Its default armor set is already a prestige armor set, since a statue for M.O.X. becomes available in the Hall of Monuments when M.O.X. is unlocked. "
But there hasn't been any mention that Keiran will ever be added to the HOM. The calculator is still officially in beta though so it might still change. The idea of the fellowship monument was that you could display your favourite heroes so it's still possible it'll be added in the future...

It would be so clean and simple if MOX was never allowed to be added to the HoM (seeing as you don't actually do anything to get him, let alone use a hero armour on him).
As far as people saying it maxes without Keiran... there are many monuments which max without adding everything possible... in fact the hero monument is the only one which required one of every hero at the time to be added (technically it didn't count all possible hero armours though, just as long as each hero had at least one). I think the monouments are there own assets and it would bother me if they had to dedicate considerable time to create one for Keiran just so he could be added (it also sets a precent for players to constantly expect future heroes to be counted by the HoM).
If they do make Keiran count for a monument I hope they just create some generic monument which could be applied to all future heroes (I'm assuming hero monuments take considerable time which could be better spent elsewhere).

M.O.X. doesn't wear any armor so therefore couldn't have an armor upgrade. I don't see Keiran running around naked, so I would believe he might have an armor upgrade.

The bottom line is they didn't want to design an alternate look for Mox, who was basically a replica of existing golem models. They already made alternate colorations to cover the avatars. To be distinct yet again from that, they'd actually have to alter his model - much as armor does for players. Not only that, but they they have to establish which NPC he gets his upgrades from and with which armor type.
If Keiran does get some prestige armor, it's probably going to be some existing player armor or #$! costumes - keep in mind the latter is the only thing they get to borrow artists for from the GW2 team. This they can do easily because like most humans, his skeleton is the same as a certain player class. Maybe it's part of their plan for WoC rewards, as it's implied WoC will also be offering more hero(s).

so the answer is :
at this time you can not add him, this may change in the future. |
As much as I like his new look I liked the old one.
