PC on dual modded skull shield

Need a PC on this, forgot what an ally said-

Skull Shield
16 armor, r 10 tactics
-2/enchantment
+10 al vs fire damage

Btw, I found this around early 2010 I think, dunno if it matters concerning items doomed for deletion.

Mods are great, but skin is bleh.. So dunno, maybe a collector might give you a lot, but a normal sale might get you 30-50e max i think..

probably 15-25kish, skin is rediculously crap/common, req is not amazing nor crap and mods are mediocre
