I remember this happening a few weeks ago.

Might aswell say what I said before during the same problem weeks ago..... try to at least leave 1 character out of GH and always change to american district before going to GH.

Why did I zone to a euro dis for farming...?

The last time this happened, I wasn't affected by this and even gloated about my location (Ireland).

Tonight, I'm not so lucky and I can't get on to any of my characters.

Looks like I'm not playing GW tonight.

That's why I went to euro. Also to watch the germans talk. It's pretty.

But alas, it was my undoing.

I deleted yonder gw.dat, and it didn't help. *sigh*

did anyone get a statement from anet bout this? do they know there is a problem? are they working on it?

Ok, so im getting these random codes and cannot login on my primary account.

However i can log on eith both of my secondary accounts and in the GH roster my primary (that i cannot login to) is online. WTF ?!?!

I thought i was getting hacked or something.

They really really REALLY need to implement a server option on the log in screen. SERIOUSLY.

My necro can log in for some reason ...

American Account can move anywhere however

On a serious note.

Euro account here, can only login every third try after getting 2x code=013. Can map to everywhere and stuff, just logging in seems to be the problem.

Logging in is fine for me it just the character selection which seems to be everyones problem? atm

Yeah sorry that's what I ment. You get to character select and then it says connecting for a while after which you get code=013 and you get logged off. After a couple of tries I can get in(euro district gtob and GH).

EDIT: Also mapping to different districts makes the thingies go grey and you can't really select anything anymore.
Mapping from town to town is fine though.

I gotta stop parking my chars in the GH. I either can't log in at all, or if I do, I can;t leave the guild hall ><

surprise surprise, an event weekend where the servers crash...

EDIT: logged in with my sideaccoutn which is in LA ad5, and it shows my main account online... great...

Oh Oh I remember when this happened last time. They Nerfed all of GuildWars for a Day [Server maintenence day]...

hour and forty min and still no guild wars =(

I think last time it took 3 hours or so?

Mind you, it was middle of the day for Europeans. I'd have expected more of a staff presence atm considering what the time is across the pond.

Its a shame that its always the EU servers that go down.. never the AE ones..

That's how it was last time. They didn't even acknowledge that there was a fault on the website.

It's not Anet having anything personal against Europeans; most game companies focus on keeping the USA players happy :P
