Is Guild Wars down?

Can get to the login screen just fine, instant 007 the second I choose a character... Australia, International districts. Checked on multiple PCs, with multiple accounts... I'm glad the move to the new data center didn't degrade the quality of service

Oh, can log in just fine now, to any character that isn't in my Guild hall, which is most of them

And getting a code 7 when trying to get into the guildhall...

So we have Europeen based servers again? Last time i checked servers were all based in Austin Texas.

But yes it's down here too , in Luxembourg.

Aye, just the euro servers that are down. My alt account that was left on American districts can log on fine.

Not for me personally (western Europe, logged in on the American servers), but attempting to enter a European district gives the "Reattempting connection to server (Code=13)." message.

I'd say it's a problem with the European servers, I can move around the American ones just fine.

Service quality has been poor in the last week or two.

Can't log in to GH but I can get in with other chars which are in American districts.

Australia, can't log in on any character.

Mine was fine. But Guru here went crazy for me for about 5 minutes and I couldn't get in.

Now I wish we could change districts BEFORE entering the game after selecting a character.

American acc can log in fine, not going to test mapping to gh :P

European here: Can get into GH(US Guild), but the district drop-down menu freezes when trying to map to American districts, or generally any other.

Nevermind, it's working for me again...

European Servers are down, if you have characters trapped in them. Select a toon that is in your guild hall, than select an America district for one of the capital cities.
This will change your default district on all your characters and the trapped ones will be able to load into the game again.

Added: If you are from Europe this may not work since you connect to the Europe Servers. This trick is for people who live in North America connected to the Texas Servers and were using Europe districts.

Some of the guys in my Alliance get 013, 007 at char selection screen, Reattempting connection to server (Code=7) in explorables when trying to go to -certain- GH

I do love the "Please try again in a few minutes" part of the Code 13.

Especially as it's been almost 2 hours now. Clearly 120 mins isn't a "few".

Doesn't matter if my characters are in Guild Hall, Lion's Arch, Ascalon etc, can't get on at all.
Was kicked out during a mission on my survivor with a couple guildies. She better still be at 0 deaths when I get back or there's trouble lol

Europe Servers = Code 013
Guild hall = Code 007

People who live in Europe connect to the NCSoft Server Farms in Germany no matter where you live, which than connects you to the Arena Network. Districts are just language hubs, doesn't matter if you are in America, Asia or Europe districts. You still have to go through the servers in Germany, if they are down you'll just have to wait.
