Salvaged 2 obsi armor sets to see what I got from them, then also stupid things wich caused my account to get hacked, and I couldn't get it back........so I lost a r5 champ account. Beat that!

Neglecting the past three Halloweens. That mummy mask would have been nice...

Quitting GvG after my guild disbanded two years ago and not bothering to find a new one. I wont get back into GvG because I don't wanna work my way up the social network again. If I never would have quit that wouldn't have been a problem...

Oh, now I know the dumbest thing I ever did. I took over my account from a friend of mine who was a beta tester. She had all of her character slots filled. I promptly deleted 4 of her characters that all would have had birthdays on the day of birthday pet release (luckily I saved 3 of them). I also deleted all of her festival masks not knowing about the festival guy.

Yeah, to be fair, that was about my 3rd time playing prot in GvG. I learned what hexes did after that!

So far just going out to cap a skill, remembering my sig of capture but forgetting to change my secondary >.<

salvaging 3 obsidian armors cause i was broke.... biggest fail cause i didnt even get 100k from the salvaged ectos.

i dont get it if you saw that you got lousy amount of ectos from 1st set why did you salvage the other 2?

Deleted my dervish (who had a full set of elite sunspear and vabian armor) for a pvp character slot after I realized that my dervish was my storage character. I think I lost over 800k of items plus the armors.

Here is my cap sig story:

Back when Nightfall was just released I found the Offering of Spirit boss and didn't have a cap sig. I noted the location and went back into town. I grabbed a cap sig, went back, killed the boss, and realized that I was not part rit. When back into town, changed secondary, and fought back to the boss. After killing it, I realized that I had a rez sig, not cap. Back to town, and killed the boss for the 4th time, and just as I was about to use the cap sig, I err7'ed. I did get it on the 5th try though.

1. My second character, my ritualist, was my first real attempt at Legendary Survivor. I played so carefully to 500k exp (which I know isn't much, but for a newbie it was significant). My friend said, "I know a way you can get LS easily," and took me out to Ice Cliff Chasms alone in HM. "Look, the wurms are stationary and just do melee attacks. Completely safe!" Cool, I said, and we started walking back to the portal. Then, across the bridge, I noticed a lone chest. "Ooh, a chest!" I ran to it, all the aloes popped up, I had no spirits summoned, I panicked, attempted to run (hello, knock-down!), and died. I was so mad at myself, I didn't play for like a week.

2. I often forget my cap signet or to change my secondary, but half the time I notice it before I get all the way to the boss. However, there was a time I fought my way through a pretty dense area, killed the boss, and realized I had forgotten one of those things. Mapped back, changed what I needed, and fought my way back again. This time when the boss died, his green dropped. I got excited, picked it up and mapped out, forgetting completely to cap the skill. Had to go out yet a third time to actually be successful.

3. For about a year and a half, I'd been pronouncing the name of an item wrong. And it's not just a Guild Wars-specific item. I don't know what got in to me, because I'm usually pretty anal about looking stuff up if it's new to me. Made me feel incredibly stupid and embarrassed when I found out.

I never turn up my volume so I'm probably mispronouncing just about everything wrong. Until I watched the GW2 trailer, I've always pronounced Tyria as "Tie-ree-yah".

The classic "forgot a signet of capture" one, probably. It took me a full six months to get Shadow Form, because every single time I went to get it, I forgot the damn signet, and got too annoyed to retry it right then.

Sold a r9 15^50 chaos axe before Factions for about 100k+6e.

Edit: Oh, and changing skills but forgetting to change attribute points. s_s
