Alright this has been bothering me for some time now.
When I try to visit the NCSoft website (http://www.ncsoft.com/) I get the following message:
Http/1.1 Service Unavailable
I have this in every browser and on multiple computers, even at my friends' place. At first I thought the NCSoft website was just down, but i'm still getting this message after months. I can access the NCSoft store normally though (https://secure.ncsoft.com/cgi-bin/Store.pl), that part works fine. It's just the main site that doesn't show anything but an error.
Anyone else getting this?? Google hasn't been much helpful.

It's working fine for me. It automatically redirected me to here though: http://www.ncsoft.com/global/
Maybe you're settings don't allow automatic redirection.

I tried to directly go to the URL "http://www.ncsoft.com/global/" but still receiving the exact same error. This is so weird

Edit: Just realized that there might be something wrong with my "hosts" file (C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc\host), but there wasn't anything weird in there. Still confused

I'm not really an expert on this so I'm just throwing out some random questions to hopefully get us somewhere.
1) What browsers have you tried? When was the last time you updated them/what version are they?
2) What addons are you using with them?
3) Have you had this problem with other websites?
4) What security software do you use?
I don't think this makes a difference whatsoever but the link you gave in the OP is https and the other pages are http. Maybe your browser/security settings don't like NCSoft when it isn't running additional security protocols.

1) I tried FireFox 3.6, Internet Explorer 8.0, Chrome 5.0, Safari 5.0.2
2) For FireFox I use AdBlock Plus, FireBug, GreaseMonkey and a GMail plugin. The other browsers are clean installs without plugins.
3) Never had this problem with any other site.
4) I use Avira antivirus and Comodo Firewall.
I also have the same problem on my laptop and on my other PC (which both have clean installs of Internet Explorer 8.0 and FireFox 3.6).
I think it might be a problem with my ISP. Maybe they block the site for some reason.
However I asked a friend of mine who lives in Iceland (and therefore has a completely different ISP) to try the site and he gets the exact same message.

It very well could be a region redirect problem that the NCsoft site is having.
I'm in the US, and when I click the link in the OP, I'm redirected to http://us.ncsoft.com/en/
I'd send an email here -- [email protected] -- detailing the problem. Tell them in which country you live, and where friends that also have the problem live.

Just a random thought:
www.ncsoft.com is obviously using redirect to send people to an appropriate language/regional part of the website. This would be based upon the IP of the connecting computer. Perhaps there's something about your IP that can not be properly identified, so the redirect can't figure out where to send you, such as it being in an IP range normally reserved for some other function or area. This could either be because there is something odd about your IP, or the redirect is faulty on their end.
If you send an email to support it might be useful to include your IP.

I guess it's a regional thing, don't have any other way to explain it. I'll send a support mail when I have time

Thanks all!
