How do I get a 1h weapon with 20% extended enchantments

How do I go about getting this? I don't see it on any of the collectors, and a week of playing has given me two gold items and a handful of purple items, so I don't see farming it up randomly any time soon.

I do believe you'll need to buy one from another player. Well, or keep opening chests and IDing gold items until you get one to drop.

Farm greens such as totem axe or rajazans fervor, buy from other persons, or try get random drop, Or finish NF and get End game green

You can farm a totem axe, very easy farm and multiple chances of getting one. Or buy one off a player i believe they range from 2-5k.

Two queries, does Hard Mode increase drop chances, and is there a good way to search green items so I can find properties like this that I might need in the future?

Hard mode does not affect drop rates of greens as far as I know. You can look at the list of green weapons on the wiki. That link is actually a list of all the lists. There are lists by campaign and profession.

Wiki agrees. Greens are exempt from loot scaling/party size scaling/whatever you want to call it.

I've never heard of a weapon like this. Can somebody link me an example of one?

Sword/Axe/Spear with a max 'Of Enchanting' weapon upgrade tacked onto it.
