no characters on my account.

Hey, after like a year I'm trying to login my second account, but it requires a character name now. So. the account doesn't have any characters, how do I login? Should I send this to guild wars support?

Don't enter a name if your account has not one single character.

well apparently I do have a character on it then, better contact support and wait a couple of months :|

Do you have any old screenshots you could get a character name from?

Actually when I restarted, it only took about a week or maybe a little less for them to supply one(?) of my characters name.

Took me 9 days. Think there was something going on at the time though and I couldn't remember my pass.

Just send an email to [email protected] with NEED CHARACTER NAME in the subject line. Include any owner info you can supply such as access keys, account name, account creation date, owner name, address, etc.
